2. Product Characteristics & Variations

By purchasing from Mua Cha, you acknowledge the following:

  • Tea Products: As seasonal, organic agricultural products, variations in flavor, aroma, and color between harvests are natural and expected.

  • Ceramics: Handcrafted items may have unique variations in glaze, texture, and size. These are not considered defects but signs of artisanal craftsmanship.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

All content on this site is for informational purposes only. Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision.

4. Usage, Safety & Care

  • Tea Storage: We are not liable for degradation caused by improper storage (exposure to light, heat, or moisture) once delivered.

  • Ceramics Safety: You must follow all provided care instructions. Mua Cha is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, including "thermal shock" (cracking due to rapid temperature changes).

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties and local taxes.

6. Returns & Hygiene Policy

  • Tea: For hygiene and food safety reasons, we strictly do not accept returns on any tea products once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened.

  • Ceramics: Unused ceramics in original packaging may be returned within 14 days at the customer's expense.

  • Damages: Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mua Cha’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the goods or the refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
